Class XII pass/appearing; 75%+ and Mathematics for IT roles.
Assessment
HCL CAT (aptitude) — JEE Main 80%+ may be exempted.
Training & Internship
6–12 months paid (₹10,000/month stipend) with hands-on projects.

On successful completion — full-time HCLTech employment (₹2.2–2.5 LPA).
